Our Executive Search service focuses on Executive posts across the UK, Europe and beyond, and adopts a range of methods and technologies to identify, source, attract, assess and engage high calibre candidates for senior roles. We offer a highly professional, tailored and flexible solutions-driven service; each assignment is approached with a fresh perspective but drawing on previous experience and market analysis.
Our Search Consultants and expert multi-lingual Research team have a wealth of experience in multi-functional / cross-sector recruitment. Typically, our team works on roles from 70,000€ to 200,000€ - from VP / Operating Board level to middle management; but the service can be extended to accommodate challenging or niche roles requiring a tailored Search approach.
Our expertise extends across sectors including FMCG, retail, business services, industrial manufacturing, property and not-for-profit. We’ve successfully delivered assignments encompassing Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical, R&D and General Management disciplines.

- Developing a full Candidate Brief to position our client's organisation and the role; identifying the key hooks and attractions
- Shaping a tailored Sourcing Strategy for each role, based on the target audience we're looking to engage with. We attract active candidates via advertising and passive candidates via Research, approach and networking. Most assignments will contain a blend of attraction methods
- Meeting with candidates from all sources and conducting detailed interviews. We can supplement the interviews with other assessment methods such as psychometrics if required
- Agreeing a Shortlist with you and delivering comprehensive reports on each candidate
Our experience of the current market is that candidates are typically risk-averse and need a very clear and compelling proposition; a well-defined role and real insight into an organisation. In addition to identifying and sourcing talent, our expertise lies in helping our clients create this proposition and engage candidates, as well as supporting both parties through the journey to a successful appointment.
