HopkinsLongworth is focused on increasing the proportion of women and broadening ethnic diversity in the workplace by proactively supporting their clients in improving the diversity of their talent and in particular the gender balance in their businesses and especially on their Boards.
We are proud to be signatories to the Hampton Alexander Standard Code of Conduct and Sarah Hopkins has been active on the Women and Work All Parliamentary Group.
In addition, Sarah Hopkins, has held an NED role with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
HopkinsLongworth were early members of the REC, Association of Executive Recruiters, and were first signatories to their Voluntary Code to champion the Executive Search community as positive drivers of change in inclusion and diversity.
