On a recent visit to our client, Aliaxis, UK manufacturing site in Lenham, Kent the transformation to a truly world class operation was evident.  

Hosted by Roland Potts, Manufacturing Manager, we were most impressed by the investment in process, people and capital.

Following their 'Leap' initiative launched in 2013 the Aliaxis operation has become strongly data driven with the teams striving for never ending improvement in a sustainable environment.

The passion and pride of the people involved was outstanding and infectious; the high levels of engagement and motivation were obvious throughout.
