2016 Pay & Recruitment Trends RoadShows Great Success
It was super to see so many clients and business contacts at our successful breakfast roadshows in Manchester and Birmingham in the last week.
We were delighted to join Deborah Rees, Director of Consulting, Innecto Reward, on the speaker platform providing our update on Recruitment Trends 2016.
Deborah provided a compelling and insightful view of the critical factors affecting reward, Jawaid Rehman, Partner, Weightmans (Birmingham) and Ester Smith, Partner, TLT LLP (Manchester) updated on key topics of National Living Wage, zero hours contracts, gender pay reporting and equal pay issues.
Together the presentations managed to touch on a range of important issues facing HR today and were well received.
Talking to packed rooms of informed audiences created excellent debate and provided food for thought plus encouraged active planning for the coming months.
Seen below at the Birmingham RoadShow are speakers Jane Longworth, Jawaid Rehman, Sarah Hopkins and Deborah Rees
