- Example one: a household name retail organisation asked us to review its European Resourcing & Recruitment structure, roles and responsibilities with the aim of defining the best future model for the organisation. Our project entailed identifying what was working well and conducting a gap analysis against future business needs and best practice.
Our recommendations (accepted and implemented by the client) included a new in-house Resourcing structure for Europe, with skills and capability definitions. Metrics and measurements for the new team. Systems and process enhancements.
